So this is just a summary of what was done for post-show.
We did personalized and general thank you letters for sponsors, assessors, faculty, special thanks, volunteers, speakers and alumni.
We made thank you packages that included 5 postcards, and a wrap piece that had a thank you message inside for assessors, sponsors and speakers.
We made USB boxes to hold the files that were given to high level sponsors. (Images below)
We ordered kraft retail paper bags, kraft envelopes, bubble mailers, white envelopes.
We included Versos, YSDN posters, Gradshow posters, NewWebPick favours, Gradshow pins, Gradshow slides into assessor and high level sponsor packages.

bag designs
Here are a few bag design concepts I've come up with, I'm not sure how complicated we wanted to get with them, I know that the more in the design, the more work we have to do! So let me know if you like any of them and we can play some more with it. I just did these ones in illustrator, not sure how to set up files for the vinyl cutter.

CD Case Idea
Ok here, is a quick cd case that I attempted, it is the squre front so those dashed lines represent the folds they can be taken out. I am not sure what is happening when I upload the file, I've tried it a few times but i can't get it to work. the blue shape, is supposed to be the inside and would be a light beige colour taken from the image, with a thank you message and the logo where the centre of the cd is, so that you see it through the centre. ...but its not showing up. anyways...that is the idea! It is different from the ribbon one and is from one of the original meetings, I just had the template and thought I would try it, it is simple to make and both front and back fit on an 11x17 page.
USBs are here!!!
I just received the USBs at about noon. I was pretty surprised that they delivered them so quickly, since it was just last week that I got a reply from them. I now have 20 USB drives, 512MB. The dimensions of the USB is 3.125 (Height) x 1 (Width) x 0.25 inches (Depth). There is also a nice circular area on the front where we can possibly buy circular labels and stamp or print our logo onto it and stick it onto the USB.
Final designs: First run through
Here are the latest items with a few slight revisions. I am going to be sending Raf or Mimi a PDF fo this (or something very similar) so that we can get the profs to suggest revisions or approval. A colour mock-up will then be made the following week so that the profs can approve the designs on April 23. Below is the high level item (with images) and the general item (with images).

Some updates on the postcard collection item
Here is the updated work of the week. I made a custom sized letterhead for our thank you letters. It fits nicely in the thank you items we've established. Also, we spoke breifly about flaps for the postcard collection, and I think the easiest and most affordable way to do it is by printing another sheet that will be glued on (see image at the bottom).
